Adventuremobile Spotting: MAN Unicat in Utah

We ran into this touring MAN Expedition truck from Germany built by Unicat. This is the top globe roaming rig. This pretty much is a military chassis with a luxury condo strapped on the back. Running German (D) plates but looks to be owned by a Swiss and Italian couple. It was a very cool rig. we spotted this in Utah near Big Cottonwood Canyon. It was April, so much of the snow was gone except up at the highest peaks.
