Custom 18x9 0 offset wheels for Sprinter

Have we found the best looking wheels for the VS30 4x4 Sprinter Van? These custom 18x8 forged wheels really do look the business. We share what we found from a passionate builder with some great taste in building up their van.

Big Offset is a Big Deal

Marshall Van Mathers recently posted what looks to be a spectacular wheel setup for his VS30 4x4 170. He chose the LE61 - MLE61 from BC Forged

These wheels come from BC Forged NA and look to be a custom order with the Sprinter Van 6x130 bolt pattern

As we know, stock Sprinter wheels come in 16x6.5” many will upgrade to a 16x8 or 17x8 with a +38mm offset. Then run a 16mm or 20mm spacer to get the wider tires some clearance to additional suspension modifications like coil overs.

When you pair a +38mm wheel with a 20mm spacer you get +18mm offset. Now with this selection it’s been chosen to do a 0 offset. 38mm difference!!! That’s 1.5” for you Yankees.

With this setup it looks like Marshall Van Mathers went with a Faulken Wildpeak AT/3W.

At 275/70R18 it looks perfect and I believe retains active cruise control on the VS30.

It seems every set of wheels are custom built to order by BC Forged Wheels. They start with some industry standards that just work (so why mess with that). All other aspects of the wheel build from center concavity, lip size, and finishing options will still make them your own. But each set of their wheels can be custom built per order (at no additional charge!). And this is where making that custom 0 offset comes in.
