Strip n Dip - Polar Plunge 2025
The San Francisco Polar Plunge or now is the Strip n Dip? is an annual take a chilly dip into the cold waters of the San Francisco Pacific Ocean. Strip n Dip laundromat has been hosting this for about 10 years and is generally a Sunset community event. A time to wash away the old year and cleans yourself with the new coming year.
Besides the plunge, the event typically includes pre- and post-plunge festivities, such as music, and food. For those who don’t want to fully plunge, there’s often an option to "dip a toe" in or participate in other ways. But don’t judge us… that’s lame.
The Polar Plunge is a fun way to embrace the cold while making a meaningful impact in the community. It's a tradition that blends charity, community spirit, and a bit of daring! Hosted on Ocean Beach in San Francisco right at the base of the Golden Gate Park.
